JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a Project Manager (PM), whose job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. PM will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.
You’ll work in a friendly and fun atmosphere where each member of our growing team is ready to share their knowledge and experience. Our portfolio includes a wide range of interesting projects which will allow you to gain experience in different areas of software development.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in product development in all technical and administrative areas.
- Work with team leads to coordinate backlog work
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Organize the Scrum meetings with dev team (planning, daily, review, retro)
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Be able to think from multiple perspectives, including our customers and development team
- Collaborate with engineers, marketing and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor or Master degree in management, computer science or any other relevant field
- Previous experience in tech project management
- 2+ years of project management experience and experience in managing teams of designers and engineers
- Strong understanding of the project development lifecycle
- Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams, ideating, building, and optimizing digital products
- Good communication and interpersonal skills as the role requires to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Startup experience is desirable
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
